We only process data that you give us, or that is technically generated when you view the website.

3. The contact form

What happens?
Your message is forwarded by email to the kapcsolat@muzixgroup.com mailbox, from which we reply. The website does not store the message.
Data processed
name, email address, selected topic, message text and the time it was sent.
Purpose
answering your enquiry, staying in contact and – if you ask for it – preparing a proposal or cooperation.
Legal basis
your consent, given with the form’s checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); where your enquiry aims at concluding a contract, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
1 year after your enquiry is closed; if a contract results, in line with the rules applying to that contract, at most until the end of the general civil-law limitation period (5 years). You may withdraw your consent at any time; we then delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.
Who has access?
the Company’s staff handling your enquiry and the processors listed in section 6.

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without a name, email address and message. Please do not include personal data in your message that is not needed for your enquiry.

secure and proper operation of the website, detecting attacks and errors.
Legal basis
the Company’s legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
access logs are kept until the end of the current month and then deleted automatically; error logs are rolling, with older entries overwritten.

We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with other data.
